Through out the year, many missions opportunities are taken.  GGJ's take items to the local nursing home twice a year, community people with needs are taken care of and food boxes are given out at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Missions trips to areas outside of our city are taken on occasion.  In April of 2009, Allen Kimberlin, our Minister of Music and Carl Stringer, our school Band Director will be going to Armenia on a choir mission trip as a part of the Singing ChurchMen of Oklahoma.  The BGCO has a partnership with Armenia.  The choir will be going under the auspices of the BGCO.

FBC Atoka is certainly a missions minded church.  Future projects and trips are being arranged continuously.
